PMC's professional facilitators conduct planning, process and construction partnering facilitation; mediate claims and expedite dispute resolution; facilitate achievement of a comprehensive GMP; and conduct project closeout partnering facilitation. We have provided these services in connection with hundreds of projects throughout the United States for governmental agencies, institutional and nonprofit organizations and private owners.
Our approach to partnering services is to tailor a program that meets the unique needs of each project. Partnering is a project method implemented at various times throughout a project to promote consistent, rational and positive communication. We work with the project team to establish working relationships and communication channels, collaboratively defining roles, schedules and objectives that improve the quality of the project and reduce disputes.
