The hotel was designed by Atlanta architecture firm of Cooper Carry and constructed by Turner/Ozanne/VAA, a joint venture. Hilton Hotels & Resorts, owned by Hilton Worldwide, operates the hotel. The hotel has a 28-story tower filled with 600 guest rooms positioned atop a four-story podium of ballrooms, meeting space, retail space and lobby, and features a rooftop bar as well as underground connections to the Cleveland Convention Center and Global Center for Health Innovation.
