Steven J.Zannoni, AIA

Director

Steve Zannoni, a noted Cleveland architect, has a diverse background in the management, planning and design of buildings and interiors. His experience encompasses the architectural design, construction and project oversight of educational facilities, public buildings, medical facilities, theaters and historic buildings for profit and nonprofit organizations. Steve's work has received numerous awards.

As a Director of Project Management Consultants (PMC), Steve provides clients with a complete management program to navigate the complexities of today's building projects. In addition to his role as an Owner's Representative, he provides neutral partnering facilitation services, assisting clients with a proactive approach to dispute management. Using this same partnering approach, he has also facilitated numerous GMPs (Guaranteed Maximum Prices) for significant building projects, including the Kauffman Stadium project for the Kansas City Royals. The impact of PMC's facilitated GMP or "prose" process is to enhance project definition and greatly reduce later misunderstandings, disputes and disagreements as to what is included within the GMP.
