She is currently securing financing for various development projects throughout the United States, including company expansions, headquarters relocations, new residential developments, historic renovations, mixed-use developments, and large-scale warehouses and distribution centers.

Nora works side by side with clients from the project predevelopment stage through project closing. She specializes in conducting incentive research, market research, cost-benefit analyses, economic impact analyses and property tax analyses. She then works strategically with public partners to determine creative ways to fill financing gaps and get projects off the ground.

Since joining PMC in January 2021, Nora has helped clients apply for and receive incentives and successfully close on financing. She has significant experience with various brownfield incentives including the Ohio Department of Development’s Brownfield Remediation Grant Program, through which she has helped secure $21.5 million in grants across 10 projects. Nora also specializes in conducting economic impact analyses for Ohio’s Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) Tax Credit Program. Over the past three rounds of the TMUD program, she has led the economic impact statement report analysis and writing processes and has helped six projects obtain a total of $32.9 million in TMUD tax credits toward their catalytic mixed-use development projects across Ohio.
