As the Director of Development for Project Management Consultants, Drew oversees the development of real estate development opportunities for clients of PMC. Drew directly manages zoning and entitlements, due diligence, design, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and contracting for multi-family and single-family construction. Drew has experience working with contractors and consultants, including planning, engineering and landscape design; wetlands, environmental, geotechnical and traffic consulting; earthwork, underground utilities and paving contractors; as well as specialty scopes, including FHA compliance, rock blasting, lift stations, dam rehabilitation and demolition.

Drew has significant experience in multi-family construction, delivering over 40 apartment properties across the Midwest and Southeastern US. Drew’s experience in single-family projects includes nearly a dozen properties for national builders in NE Ohio. Drew’s main concentration is project management for production builders, focusing on compressing durations between project financing and product delivery while delivering a high-quality product. Drew graduated from Ohio State University with a BS degree and a Master of Engineering from the University of Kansas.
